Job summary

Gorefield Primary Academy is seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner with recent Key Stage 2 experience to join our committed team. You will inspire learners, challenge all pupils to reach their full potential and contribute to high-quality teaching across our school.

You will work collaboratively with our senior leadership across the Diamond Learning Partnership Trust to drive standards, improve outcomes and develop inclusive practice.

The successful candidate must be an excellent classroom practitioner with recent Key Stage 2 experience who can support and challenge all pupils to thrive and achieve their full potential. We are looking for someone with a desire to work collaboratively with our committed and enthusiastic senior leadership team across the schools to drive standards and improve outcomes.

At the heart of this position is the opportunity to inspire colleagues, champion high‑quality inclusive practice and help drive continued improvement across school. As a key member of our team, you will act as a role model for excellent teaching and learning, shaping practice and contributing to whole school development.
