Primary School Teacher - September 2025 start
Location: Colchester, Essex

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a confident, dedicated Primary School Teacher on behalf of a wonderful client school in the Colchester area of Essex

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where all children can flourish.
• Encourage a love for learning by fostering a supportive and stimulating atmosphere.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to enhance the students' educational experience.
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to continually refine your teaching practice.
