Job summary

Crown Wood Primary School invites applications for a permanent Class Teacher to join our dedicated team from 1 November 2026. The successful candidate will work 32.5 hours per week in a full-time, permanent role, delivering engaging lessons across key stages and supporting the school’s inclusive ethos.

We seek a committed teacher with QTS, who can inspire pupils, build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues, and contribute to the wider life of the school within Greenshaw

We are looking to recruit 1 permanent Class Teacher with effect from 1 st November 2026.

Crown Wood Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our existing teaching team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are looking for a versatile professional who is able and willing to work across the whole primary setting.

As a Class Teacher, you will:

Plan and teach exciting lessons designed to captivate children and promote high-quality learning. Other responsibilities will include being accountable for the attainment and progress of your pupils, maintaining a safe and stimulating classroom environment, and working proactively in partnership with parents and external agencies. You will also be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school.
