As a Class Teacher, you’ll guide students through exciting learning journeys, helping them develop key skills and confidence, one lesson at a time.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and teach engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ learning needs.
• Use a range of teaching strategies to support all abilities.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to boost their confidence.
• Work closely with teaching assistants and fellow staff to ensure every child is supported.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting lessons where needed.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment.

What We Need From You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting.
• A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An up-to-date CV covering the last ten years, with no unexplained gaps.
• An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
