Higgins Concrete in Hastings is seeking an experienced Class 4 Driver to join our team as a Trainee Batcher, with full training provided. The role blends driving with customer service and batching duties.

You will coordinate daily workflow, manage truck movements, and operate the batching plant to load trucks accurately. Applicants must hold NZ Class 2 and Class 4 licenses and be committed to safety, reliable, and able to work in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• Current NZ Class 2 and Class 4 Driver Licence
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic attitude
• Commitment to health and safety best practices
• Physically fit with the ability to work in an active environment

• WTR endorsement is advantageous
