Job Description:
We are seeking a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to join our team for a legacy project involving the inspection and certification of 20 high-rise residential apartment buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the project's compliance with building regulations and issue completion certificates where appropriate. This role offers flexible, part-time working hours and will last until project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough inspections of high-rise residential buildings to ensure compliance with regulations.
2. Review and assess documentation related to building codes and standards.
3. Maintain clear and accurate reports of each inspection.
4. Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:

1. Valid Class 3 Building Inspector registration.
2. Full driving license with the ability to travel to sites around Walsall and surrounding areas.
