Job summary

Streamline Recruitment, in partnership with an environmental waste management company, is recruiting experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join a modern, forward-thinking team specializing in vacuum tanker operations and overpumping work. This is a long-term role with genuine career progression.

Shifts operate 4 on / 4 off (day shifts) with a guaranteed 10 hours per shift and overtime for additional earnings. Full training is provided and there is a clear temp-to-perm route for successful

Qualifications

• Full Class 2 (Cat C) licence with at least 6 months HGV driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements).
• Sound understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive.
• Physically fit for manual handling of hoses and tanker equipment.
• Confident using tablets or other digital systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 vacuum tankers to deliver non-potable water and collect sewerage.
• Use tablets and logbooks to manage vehicle checks, work tickets, and reports.
• Support sludge and overpumping operations.
• Maintain safety on client and public sites.
