Job summary

Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Tipper Drivers for an ongoing, weekday role with full training and long-term opportunities. You will drive Class 2 tipper vehicles, deliver aggregates to sites, and perform daily vehicle checks with health and safety in focus.

We offer a £250 sign-up bonus after 10 shifts, weekly PAYE pay, paid training, and ongoing support from a friendly local team. Prior tipper experience is beneficial but not essential as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Have a valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• At least 1 year's Class 2 driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 tipper vehicles to deliver aggregates to sites and quarries.
• Complete deliveries safely, follow scheduled routes and health & safety rules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Provide reliable, timely weekly shifts and professional conduct.
