Job summary

Berry Recruitment are seeking Class 2 Day Drivers for a reputable company in Immingham. The role involves driving Class 2 Heavy Goods Vehicles with tankers to transport effluent and waste water.

Shifts are 4 on, 4 off from 5 am to 5 pm with an immediate start. The position offers full training, PPE, and potential temp-to-perm opportunities. A valid Class 2 licence with CPC and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 licence with CPC.
• 2+ years driving experience preferred, but training and inductions provided.
• Willingness to take alcohol and drugs test during induction and on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) with tankers.
• Transport effluent and waste water.
• Adhere to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
• Maintain accurate driving hours and activity records.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
• Collaborate with team and follow delivery schedules.
