Pure Staff Ltd, based in Dudley, is recruiting experienced Class 2 Delivery Drivers for an ongoing Monday–Friday role, typically starting at 06:00 and lasting around 10–12 hours per day. Duties include delivering steel to customers across the Midlands and surrounding areas.

£15.00 – £26.50 per hour | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Work | DUDLEY | Class 2 Driver

Pure Staff’s Driving Team are recruiting experienced Steel Delivery Drivers (Class 2 Driver) for an established steel distribution business based in Dudley. This is a Monday to Friday position, typically starting at 06:00, with shifts averaging around 10 – 12 hours per day. The work is delivering stock to customers in around the midlands and wider area.

• Monday to Friday (Days) = £15.00ph (or £16.50 with your holiday pay rolled up)
• Regular work Monday to Friday
• Accurate & reliable weekly pay every Thursday evening / Friday morning.
• Monday to Friday only, No weekends, no bank holidays.
• Ongoing, full-time hours.
• Direct PAYE employment direct with Pure Staff – no umbrella companies or payroll processing fees.

The rates above include an additional 12.07% Rolled-Up Holiday Pay. Prefer traditional holiday pay? No problem. You can instead have your holiday pay accrued separately and paid when you take annual leave.

The Role

As a Class 2 Driver, you’ll be responsible for:

• Drivers must have Steel experience
• Following planned routes and daily delivery manifests.
• Completing daily vehicle and safety checks.
• Providing a professional service when delivering to customers.

This is a on-going driving role, so drivers must be comfortable with working with steel.

Our Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

• Category C (Class 2) driving licence.

• Previous HGV driving experience.
• Multi-drop experience or confidence working within a busy multi-drop environment.
• Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours, Working Time and tachograph requirements.

• Reliability and good timekeeping.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
