Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver (LGV Cat C) in Bournemouth. You will primarily cover sickness with a strong possibility of a temp-to-perm for reliable attendance. Duties include collecting industrial bins from private addresses, with a minimum 37 hours per week and optional overtime.

The role starts soon with a Monday start and a fixed early shift pattern. Pay is £14.82 per hour PAYE rising to £15.33 after 12 weeks, with overtime at £22.23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 2 (CAT C) Licence is required.
• Rear steer and refuse experience preferred.
• Willing attitude and good attendance.
• No more than 6 points on your licence (no DD/DR).

Responsibilities

• Drive the Class 2 vehicle for the collection of industrial bins from private addresses.
• Follow shift pattern and timetable as published.
• Overtime may be available and used to cover additional hours.

Duties will include driving the Class 2 vehicle for the collection of industrial bins from private addresses.

We will be looking for the right candidate to start on Monday 19th October ongoing.

Minimum 37 hours per week with optional overtime available.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday
• 05:00am to 13:00pm Monday to Thursday
• 12:30pm finish on Fridays

Pay Rates:

• £14.82ph PAYE Monday to Friday
• Increases to £15.33 after 12 weeks
• Overtime available £22.23ph

What you need:

• Full UK Class 2 (CAT C) Licence
• Preferably rear steer and refuse experience
