Job summary

Speedy Group in Warrington is seeking a qualified Class 2 (Category C) Powered Access Driver to deliver and collect MEWPs and other powered access equipment from customer sites. You will be the on-road and on-site face of the company, ensuring safe transport and excellent service.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong local knowledge, and a customer‑focused approach. We offer a 45‑hour week, 26 days holiday, pension and life assurance, with a focus on Work Life Balance and flexible

Qualifications

Full UK manual driving licence (preferably Category C) with no more than 6 penalty points.
Good knowledge of the local Warrington area.
Strong customer focus and safe driving practices.
Experience driving within the UK and delivering to customer sites.
Support the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver within the business unit.

Responsibilities

Safely loading, unloading and transporting powered access equipment using a rigid truck with plant body and/or beavertail.
Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks to ensure safety and compliance.
Delivering exceptional customer service at every delivery and collection.
Completing delivery paperwork and digital records accurately.
Communicating effectively with the transport and hire desk team.
Adhering to all road traffic and health & safety regulations.
