Job summary

Berry Recruitment are seeking Class 2 Moffett Drivers for a well established client in the King's Lynn area. The role involves driving a Class 2 vehicle with a Moffett forklift and delivering goods to customers and sites across the region.

Requirements include a valid Class 2 licence, a valid Moffett forklift licence, experience with Class 2 vehicles, and good knowledge of road safety. Training provided, temp-to-perm opportunities, and PAYE/umbrella options are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (HGV) licence.
• Valid Moffett/Truck-Mounted Forklift licence and relevant experience.
• Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles.
• Good knowledge of road safety and transport regulations.
• Safe and confident operating a Moffett in various locations.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach.
• Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading duties.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules.
• Digital Tachograph and CPC qualifications up to date.
• Less than 6 points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 vehicle with a Moffett-mounted forklift.
• Deliver goods safely and on time to customers and sites.
• Operate the Moffett to load and unload materials.
• Secure loads correctly and carry out vehicle safety checks.
• Complete delivery paperwork and use delivery systems where required.
• Liaise with customers and site teams on delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the vehicle.
• Follow all company, site and health & safety procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites.
