Job summary

Driver Hire South East London are recruiting for a Class 2 Moffett Driver to work with an interior/building products client in SE London. The role involves delivering to sites, safely loading and using a Moffett forklift, and completing paperwork with a focus on safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a valid UK Class 2 licence, Moffett qualification, tachograph card, and Driver CPC, with excellent knowledge of London. Ongoing temporary assignments and regular pay are offered.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence.
• Valid Moffett / lorry-mounted forklift qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• No more than 3 points for minor offences.
• Good knowledge of London, particularly South East and Central London.

Responsibilities

As an HGV Class 2 Moffett Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering interior, building and associated products to customers and sites
• Safely loading, securing and transporting goods
• Operating a Moffett-mounted forklift for loading and unloading
• Making multiple deliveries throughout London
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• A valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence
• Valid Moffett / lorry-mounted forklift qualification
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver CPC
• No more than 3 points for minor offences
• Previous Class 2 driving experienceGood knowledge of London, particularly South East and Central London
