Job summary

A logistic company is looking for a Class 2 Mixer Driver in Inverness for ongoing placements. The role involves delivering concrete, performing vehicle checks, and upholding health and safety standards. All levels of experience are welcome to apply, with training provided for new drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Licence with less than 6 points.
• CPC and Digital Tacho must be valid with correct entitlements.
• Previous experience is preferred but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete to multiple commercial and residential sites.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and operate machinery.

Class 2 Mixer Driver
Ongoing Placement
£16.00 - £18.00
Inverness
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced driver in Inverness to deliver concrete from a Drum Mixer. Immediate start available with the opportunity of becoming a permanent placement.

Previous experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.

New drivers welcome to apply.

Work Pattern:-

• Ongoing


• 0700 Start time, but flexibility in start and finish times required due to the nature of the work


• Overtime occasionally available at weekends.

Rates of Pay:-

• £16.00 - £18.00


• weekly paid

Job details (Jobs may vary) -

• Delivering concrete to multiple customer sites both commercial and residential


• Be capable of operating machinery and carrying out routine vehicle checks


• Good local knowledge of local area preferred


• Proactive approach to health & safety


• Deal with customers in a professional manner


• Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated


• Adhere to drivers' hours and tacho regulations

Role Requirements:-

• HGV Licence

• Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card

ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE ACCEPTED - CPC and Tacho must be valid and have correct HGV entitlements
