Pay Rate: £40,227.99
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 5 on 2 off, 4 on 2 off, 4 on 2 off – Start Times between 05.00 – 07.00am
Location: Doncaster - DN3 3FF

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 2 driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

1. Deliver large furniture and household items to customer homes as part of a two person crew
2. Manual handling of large heavy items - with room of choice delivery and furniture build
3. Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
4. Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. You will hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
2. Minimum of 6 Months experience in HGV Class 2 role
3. Effective communication and customer service skills
4. Previous experience in a similar or manual role would be beneficial
