Job summary

GCS Associates is seeking a Class 2 Multidrop HIAB Driver based at the Paisley branch. The role involves delivering to customers, covering for holidays, and performing vehicle checks as part of a busy operations team.

You will join a well-respected builders merchant group with training provided. Salary is £33,500 with benefits including a contributory pension and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Class 2 (Category C) LGV licence is required.
• Driver Qualification Card (DQC) required.
• Be a big team player.

Responsibilities

• Providing an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service.
• Providing cover for Honiton, Exmouth, Crediton and Tiverton during holidays / periods of absence.
• Carrying out appropriate vehicle checks on a routine basis.
• Making sure you and your vehicle are always safe and secure.
• Keeping your yard clean, tidy and well organised.
• Working in the yard and warehouse.
• Serving customers.
• Supporting your team mates.
