Job Description:

We are urgently seeking several Class 2 HGV Drivers for our client based in Peterborough. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm position for the right candidate. You will be driving Class 2 water tankers (no handballing required).

The Role:

• Position: Class 2 Delivery Driver
• Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week temporary period)
• Start Time: Varies; positions available for day and night shifts
• Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours per day
• Responsibilities: Conducting daily vehicle checks and driving water tankers. No ADR experience or license required. No manual handling involved.

The successful Class 2 HGV Driver will receive:

£15.91 to £19.09 per hour (PAYE advance – including holiday pay). Guaranteed minimum of 9 hours per shift. Weekly pay.

Requirements:

• Full UK manual license with Class 2 (Cat C) entitlement.
• At least 1 year of commercial HGV driving experience preferred.
• No ADR experience or license necessary.
• No more than 6 penalty points.

This position is commutable from Stamford, Bourne, Spalding, Wisbech, and Huntingdon.
