Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Dartford is recruiting a Class 2 HGV Driver to support our Network Rail operation across the South. The role involves delivering materials to rail sites, 60% based at Dartford and 40% travelling to other DHL sites, with regular nights away.

You will hold a Class 2 licence with Driver CPC and Tachograph card, have up to 6 points, and be able to operate forklifts. The role emphasises safety, customer service and flexible site travel.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential materials, tools and equipment to Network Rail sites across the South of the UK.
• Operate safely and professionally, complying with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive requirements and company policies.
• Complete vehicle safety checks, report defects and maintain high standards of vehicle care.
• Represent DHL and the customer professionally while providing excellent service at various sites.
• Support operations across multiple sites, adapting to changing priorities and travel requirements.
