Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an experienced 18T HGV Driver for a full-time, permanent role in Dartford, Kent. The position involves palletised transport across the UK with London driving included, weekly pay, and independent work on contract.

Responsibilities include securing loads, daily tachograph and vehicle checks, and adhering to 11-hour days with early starts. ADR is beneficial, CPC card required, and training is provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Must be keen, efficient and have sound safe working practices.
• ADR licence in packages is beneficial but not required.
• Always be conscious of the health and safety of yourself and the people around you.
• Valid digital tachograph.
• Up-to-date CPC Card.

Responsibilities

• Secure pallets and ensure tachograph and vehicle checks are legal daily.
• Work 11-hour days with 5/6am starts, Mon–Fri with no nights out.
• London driving will be a part of this job.
• Typically complete multiple deliveries/collections per day to UK premises.
• Communicate ETA and coordinate routings to minimize disruption.
