Job summary

Challenge Trg Recruitment is seeking Class 2 HGV drivers to work in Warrington on a full time or ad-hoc basis. The role offers an ongoing pattern with shifts starting from 13:00, with occasional 10:00 starts, and a pay rate of £14.85 per hour.

You must hold a valid UK Class 2 licence, DCPC and Digital Tachograph, and be able to comply with drivers' hours rules. Excellent communication and a flexible, can-do attitude are essential to join our modern fleet and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 licence (C) is required.
• DCPC qualification card and digital tachograph knowledge.
• Able to understand and comply with driver hours and WTD legislation.
• Able to perform vehicle checks and report defects accurately.
• Excellent communication skills with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 2 HGVs safely to meet schedule and delivery requirements.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Adhere to drivers' hours rules and company policies.
