Job summary

A leading supplier in the North of England is recruiting drivers to deliver frozen and chilled goods to a range of retail outlets and warehouses. You will work from early start times, typically 04:00–05:00, with occasional 06:00 starts.

Roles involve 2-3 drops per run, some multi-drop days and light handball. You should be familiar with curtain-side vehicles and safe strapping of loads using ratchet straps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2–3 drops per run, with occasional multi-drop days.
• Handle refrigerated and chilled goods, ensuring loads are secured and transported safely.
• Assist with handball as required and use curtain-side vehicles, ratchet straps and load restraints.

Working for a leading supplier in their field, client is based on the North of England

Majority of runs include 2-3 drops, occasionally multi drop.

Delivering frozen and chilled goods. Drivers must be familiar with operating refrigerated and chilled vehicles.

Drivers are expected to deliver goods into a range of retail outlets and warehouses.

Some handball involved in the role due to the nature of goods carried and delivered.

Drivers must be familiar with Curtain side vehicles, ratchet straps and safe strapping of load. Goods carried are not heavy but must still be strapped safely.

Start times: 0400/0500 and occasionally 0600am start times
