Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 06:00 - 15:36
Location: Watford - WD25 8HL

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business, is seeking a Class 2 driver to play a vital role in our distribution service.

What does the role entail?

As part of your duties, while maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Responsible for deliveries to customer stores, residential sites, or as directed.
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery paperwork.
• Make up to 10-15 deliveries per day, with some runs being double runs.
• Drive safely and efficiently, complying with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
• Assist full-time DDA Assessors with driver training, assessments, and onsite training. (Additional £200 monthly bonus for this responsibility)

What do we need from you?

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience, but don't hesitate to apply if you don't meet every criterion— we value talent and potential:

• Valid HGV Class 2 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card.
• 2-3 years of HGV driving experience.
• Experience driving in London and large cities.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• PPT and Tail lift experience (desirable).
• Tachomaster and Microlise experience (desirable).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
