Driver Hire Derby are recruiting for experienced Class 2 HGV (Cat C) Drivers to work with a well-known UK DIY and home improvement retailer.

Pay Rates:

• Weekdays: £15.41/hr (inc. holiday pay)


• Overtime & Saturdays: £23.12/hr (inc. holiday pay)


• Sundays & Bank Holidays: £30.82/hr (inc. holiday pay)

You'll be delivering a variety of products such as garden equipment, home furniture, and decorating supplies. Most shifts include a porter to help with unloading, so you can focus on safe and efficient driving.

As a Class 2 driver, you will be delivering a variety of items including:

• Outdoor/gardening equipment


• Furniture


• Flooring and decorating supplies

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of recent Class 2 (Cat C) driving experience


• Excellent attitude and reliability


• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures


• CPC & Digi Tacho Card required

Shift Details:

• Shifts available 7 days a week


• Morning start times (varied)


• Minimum 8 hours pay per shift + paid overtime
