A well respected recruitment agency is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver for an ongoing temporary role in the Buxton area. The role includes driving responsibly, maintaining communication with managers, and completing necessary paperwork. Candidates must hold a valid HGV Class 2 Licence and possess relevant driving experience. Competitive pay rates are offered, with various shifts from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• A preferred 6 months of relevant driving experience.
• No more than 6 points (No DD’s, DR’s, IN’s, TT’s endorsements).

Responsibilities

• Driving the HGV vehicle responsibly while obeying all traffic laws.
• Carrying out required daily vehicle checks.
• Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers.
• Completing paperwork correctly.
• Assisting with loading and unloading the vehicle.

Driver Hire Stockport are seeking a reliable and skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to work for our well respected client based in the Buxton area. This is an ongoing temporary role, with the shift pattern being Monday to Friday each week.

Duties of our HGV Class 2 Driver:

• Driving the HGV vehicle responsibly while obeying all traffic laws.
• Carrying out required daily vehicle checks to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress.
• Complete paperwork correctly as instructed.
• Assist with loading and unloading the vehicle when necessary.

Requirements of our HGV Class 2 Driver:

• A Valid Cat C Licence (HGV Class 2)
• A Valid CPC Card and Digital Tacho Card
• A preferred 6 month of relevant driving experience
• No more than 6 points (No DD’s, DR’s, IN’s, TT’s endorsements)

PAY RATES:

£15.68ph– Minimum 8 hours paid

£22.05ph-Paid after 8 hours

This rate of pay has holidays accrual included within the hourly rate, if you wish to accrue these separately then this rate will become £14.70ph and £19.68ph overtime.
