Join Our Team as a Van Delivery Driver at Salvo 1968!
Who is Salvo?
We’re Salvo—proud to be the UK’s leading online Italian food wholesaler. Our story began in 1968, when our founder, Salvatore Cumbo, spotted a simple but powerful opportunity: helping London’s growing Italian restaurant scene source truly authentic ingredients. What started at his kitchen table soon became Britain’s first fine Italian food importing business.
Rooted in family values and a deep love for good food, Salvo has grown from a local supplier into a nationwide operation with four depots and a tech-enabled platform serving restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, and delis across the UK.
We’ve kept the warmth and personal touch of our early days while embracing innovation—whether that’s through our user-friendly app, late cut-off times, or expert customer care team. And yes, Salvatore’s original kitchen table still sits in our head office, reminding us of where it all began.
If you're excited to be part of a company with heritage, heart, and a bold vision for the future of food, we’d love to hear from you.
