Job summary

Driver Hire Gatwick in Turners Hill is seeking an experienced Class 2 Dustcart Driver to join our trade waste team. You will drive a Class 2 dustcart on a daily trade waste collection route and collect commercial waste from businesses.

Hours are 4:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday, with an immediate start. A valid Class 2 licence, CPC and Tachograph, and a professional attitude are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Holds a Class 2 licence (HGV C).
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Dustcart/trade waste experience preferred.
• Excellent timekeeping and a professional attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 dustcart on a daily trade waste collection route.
• Collect commercial waste from businesses.
• Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Work as part of a team to complete the daily route.
• Carry out vehicle checks and report issues.
• Provide a professional and reliable service to customers.
• Follow site, road safety and waste collection procedures.
