Job summary
Contract Personnel Limited is assisting a local Norfolk waste business by recruiting Class 2 Dustcart Drivers. The role involves collecting commercial waste with a Driver Mate assisting with guidance and handling of bins. A strong emphasis on safety and compliance is required.
Applicants should hold a full Category C entitlement, CPC, and be familiar with Digital Tachographs. Ongoing or ad hoc work is available through our established relationship with the client.
Qualifications
- Full Valid Licence with Category C Entitlement.
- Digital Tachograph.
- CPC.
- Understanding of Road Traffic Laws.
Responsibilities
- Assist with route guidance alongside Driver Mate.
- Manual handling of bins as required.
- Drive Class 2 vehicle for waste collection.
- Demonstrate safe driving practices in line with Road Traffic Laws.

Our client is a family owned business, recognisable across the region, who collect commercial waste from businesses across Norfolk.
Drivers will be accompanied by a Drivers Mate who will assist with route guidance, but should be prepared to help with manual handling of bins.
We have a well established professional relationship with our client enabling us to offer ongoing or ad hoc work.
