Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to deliver B&Q products to customers in Washington (NE37 1LH). This full-time role follows a two-week rotating shift pattern (Week 1: Mon-Fri; Week 2: Sun-Thu) with a 40-hour week.

You will be paid £14.82 per hour (£30,825.60 annually) with overtime when applicable, CPC training, pension, and discount benefits. You will join a team that prioritises people and service, supported by GXO University and employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in multidrop/store deliveries preferred
• Full UK driving licence with category C Entitlement
• CPC and Digital Tachograph up to date
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer premises on a multidrop basis (average 16 drops off peak, 24 in peak)
• Maintain driving/working time records per WTD regulations
• Operate company vehicles safely and legally
• Check off products and ensure correct delivery documentation
• Inform customers of ETA and communicate politely about issues
