Job summary

Booker is recruiting Class 2 drivers to join the Transport Team at our Booker Retail Partner site. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of stock to our independent retailers’ stores, with handball and manual handling involved and potential for adverse weather work.

The role includes a 2-week rolling rota, 10:00–13:00 start times, and a 48-hour week with overtime and a night premium. Bookers emphasises flexible hours and inclusive recruitment.

Qualifications

• Class 2 Licence holder.
• Driver CPC holder.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience of multi-drop; temperature controlled food deliveries preferred, but not essential.
• Available to work 48 hours a week (overtime available).

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver stock to independent retailers.
• Handball and manual work as part of deliveries.
• Work outside in adverse weather conditions when delivering.
