Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Colchester (CO3 8DW) seeks an experienced Class 2 Driver for a full-time, permanent role with a rotating two-week shift pattern. The role pays £15.42 per hour (approx. £32,073.60 annually) with overtime, training, pension, and discount benefits.

You will deliver to customer premises with a typical day consisting of multiple drops and strict time records. Ideal candidates have multidrop experience, a valid UK driving licence, up-to-date CPC and tachograph, strong customer

Qualifications

Experience with multidrop deliveries and store deliveries is preferred.
Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph knowledge.
Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).
Willingness to undergo DBS check.

Responsibilities

Delivering products to customer premises on multidrop basis (average 16 drops per day off peak, 24 drops per day in peak).
Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries.
Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
Ensure correct products and delivery documentation are received by customers.
Inform customers of ETA and communicate any issues politely.
