Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a West Thurrock site. The role involves multi-drop deliveries, trunk runs to Felixstowe, and hotel project deliveries across London and the M25, with 4–5 drops per day and a Category C vehicle up to 18 tonnes.

You will hold a valid UK Class 2 licence, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, know London/M25 routes, and be reliable, professional, and a strong team player.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience as a Class 2 Driver, HGV Driver, or Delivery Driver.
• Experience securing and strapping loads.
• Good knowledge of London and M25 routes.
• Reliable, professional and a strong team player.
• Comfortable managing a variety of delivery types and routes.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-drop and trunking deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Deliver to locations across London, including UB8, UB3 and NW10.
• Secure loads using ratchet straps and load restraint equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading where required.
• Carry out hotel project deliveries, including collection and return of equipment.
• Wait on-site during hotel project work while goods are unloaded or utilised.
• Complete vehicle checks and delivery paperwork accurately.
