Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking reliable and flexible Class 2 Drivers for long-term temporary contracts in Rugby. Ideal candidates will have a Class 2 licence and a DQC card, with at least 12 months of experience driving in the UK. This role offers hourly pay of £14.50 with options for ad hoc or full weeks, and you will receive weekly payments.

Class 2 Drivers- Multi drop

Reliable and Flexible Class 2 Drivers needed within the Rugby area.

Curbside deliveries using pump trucks , some sites will use a forklift, well planned routes

Ad hoc and 5 out of 7 working week between Monday and Friday.

General responsibilities:

• Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times - all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported.
• Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations).
• Double check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience. Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before moving on to your next drop/ depot.

To be considered you must have:

• Class 2 licence, Current DQC card and Digital Taco card.
• At least 12 months experience on UK roads.
• No more than 6 points (no IN DR or DD codes)
• Physically fit
• Great customer service

This role offers you:
