About the role: LondonEnergy is seeking a Class 2 Driver - General Maintenance Operative based in Edmonton, North London. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the plant, buildings, and grounds, ensuring a safe environment for all users. Your Class 2 license allows you to operate our vehicles; training on Gully Sucker and Road Sweeper can be provided.

Responsibilities: On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:

• General labouring duties including site cleaning, sweeping, hosing, shovelling, and operating small mobile plant and forklift trucks
• Loading and unloading as required
• Minor decorating tasks such as painting, repairs, installing safety equipment, and furniture assembly
• Portering duties, including handling dangerous substances
• Completing maintenance documentation
• Driving Class 2 vehicles around the site

Requirements:

• Experience in outdoor labouring and handyman work
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team
• Full driving license with Class 2 qualification
• Availability to work on a rotating shift pattern, full daytime hours, Monday to Sunday
