XPO is currently looking for drivers for our customer site in Thorne, Doncaster, where you will be delivering kitchens to construction sites and private customers across the UK. Pay, benefits, and more:

We are looking to offer an annual salary of £14.72 per hour, with £25 paid per night out. Snap is used for secure parking. The working pattern is 1 Sunday in 4 weeks, with shifts from Sunday to Thursday and Monday to Friday, guaranteeing 55 hours a week. We offer 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). Benefits include high street discounts, a cycle-to-work scheme, a workplace pension, ongoing training, and development. There is also plenty of scope for overtime, paid at an inflated rate.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Deliver high-end kitchens across the UK.
• Interact face-to-face with customers.
• Typically be out 3-4 nights, possibly bunking with a porter as part of a two-person team.
• Use PDA scanners to confirm deliveries.
• Lift and carry kitchen goods to sites and customers, with aids supplied (pump truck and sack barrows).

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Full C (Class 2) license.
• Digi card and up-to-date CPC.
• No more than 6 points on your license, with no DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
• FORs Silver Standard driver SUD training and E-Learning completed to Silver standard.
• CSCS Green labourer card to be obtained within the first 3 months of employment.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Maintain high standards of uniform, PPE, hygiene, and cleanliness daily.
