Job summary

Speedy Hire Warrington is seeking a professional Category C (Class 2) Powered Access Driver to join our Warrington team, delivering and collecting powered access equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts and other MEWPs.

You will work Monday to Friday with 45 hours per week and hours between 06:00-17:00, ensuring safety, efficiency and excellent customer service on every job across Warrington and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC.
• Digital tachograph card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
• Experience driving commercially within the UK.
• Good knowledge of Warrington and surrounding area.
• Powered access, plant or beavertail experience would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Loading, securing, transporting and unloading powered access equipment.
• Operating a rigid vehicle with a plant body and/or beavertail.
• Completing daily vehicle and equipment safety checks.
• Delivering and collecting equipment from customer sites.
• Completing delivery paperwork and digital records.
• Working closely with transport and hire desk teams.
• Providing a great service to customers.
• Following all road transport and health & safety requirements.
