Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a client near Hinckley. The role offers PAYE employment with guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, and overtime and weekend pay at £25.70 per hour. A £20 night shift supplement, plus a £1,000 retention bonus and up to £1,000 every six months in performance payments are available.

Training opportunities are provided to progress into ADR tanker operations; minimum 2 years HGV experience is preferred and ADR training may be funded after joining.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence is essential.
• Driver CPC qualification required.
• Digital Tachograph Card must be held.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multi-drop tanker deliveries and ensure safe handover.
• Perform vehicle checks and routine maintenance as needed.
• Deliver to farms and commercial premises within region.
• Adhere to drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
• Maintain high safety standards at all times.
