Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a client near Hinckley. The role offers PAYE employment with guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, and overtime and weekend pay at £25.70 per hour. A £20 night shift supplement, plus a £1,000 retention bonus and up to £1,000 every six months in performance payments are available.

Training opportunities are provided to progress into ADR tanker operations; minimum 2 years HGV experience is preferred and ADR training may be funded after joining.

Manpower is recruiting Class 2 Drivers on behalf of our client near Hinckley. If you hold a Class 2 (Cat C) licence but do not currently have your ADR qualification, we want to hear from you. Successful candidates may be given the opportunity to complete ADR training and move into a specialist tanker driving role.

Shift Patterns We have both day and night opportunities available: Days: Start times from approximately 6:00am Nights: Start times between 3:00pm and 6:00pm, plus £20 night allowance per shift

The Role

Following ADR training, you''ll be delivering to farms and commercial premises across the region in a tanker vehicle.

Key duties include:

• Multi-drop tanker deliveries
• Providing excellent customer service
• Completing all deliveries safely and professionally
• Following drivers'' hours and tachograph regulations
• Maintaining high safety standards at all times

What We''re Looking For

Essential:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of drivers'' hours regulations
• Customer-focused approach

Desirable:

• ADR Class 2 in Tanks
