Job summary

Class 1 Personnel are recruiting a Class 2 Driver for a leading airline catering company at Bristol Airport. The role involves delivering food and equipment to aircraft in a safety-focused environment.

Shift patterns run 20:00–08:00, four days on and four days off, with frequent on-site work in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a Class 2 licence (Category C), Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, plus UK criminal checks and reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Relevant Class 2 driving experience is essential.
• Full UK licence category C, Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Be able to show last 5 years history and pass UK criminal checks.
• Reliable, hard-working and proactive with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 Lorry safely to deliver food and equipment to aircraft.
• Respond quickly to busy, fast-paced environment and assist transport tasks.
• Follow directions from senior staff and support the operation.

Job description

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Class 2 Driver for one of the most airline catering companies based at Bristol Airport.

This role mainly consists of delivering food and equipment directly on to an Aircraft in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines.

Shift Times: Shift patterns are 20:00 - 0800 doing 4days on with 4 days off.

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Class 2 Driver role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to detail skills.

The ideal person for the this position would need the following:

• - Previous experience in driving a Class 2 vehicle
• - Must have a full UK licence with category C, Driver CPC card and Digital Tacho Card
• - Be able to provide your last 5 years history
• - Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal Check
• - Hard working
• - Keen and have a "can do attitude"
• - Reliable
• - UK right to work
• - Proof of National Insurance
• -Be able to get to Bristol Airport for 20:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a Class 2 Lorry in the safest manner possible
• Quick response to all requirements as this is a busy quick paced environment
• Support all transport related duties
• Follow direction from senior staff and contribute to the overall success of the operation.
