Rates of Pay:

• Basic: £15.00 per hour

Day to Day Duties:

Your duties as a Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to:

• Multi-Drop Deliveries, 8-10 drops per day
• Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
• Assist with loading and unloading of cargo using hand pallet trucks

Requirements:

• Hold a valid UK Category C Licence
• Minimum of 12 months experience driving Category C vehicles
• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
• Valid UK CPC Card & UK Digi Card
• Good level of English speaking and reading skills
• Punctuality and excellent time management skills
• Understanding of traffic laws and regulations
• Experience driving commercial vehicles is beneficial
• Previous multi-drop experience is advantageous

Training:

• Driver's assessment will need to be completed
• Following successful assessment, a one-day paid induction will be provided
