Job summary

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting a permanent Class 2 driver to work in Welham Green. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods across the UK. You will drive the goods and they will be unloaded for you at the destination.

Requirements include: Valid Category C+E (Class 2) driving licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph card, and a good understanding of UK road networks and driving regulations. This is a full-time role paying £17.00 per hour.

• Good understanding of UK road networks and driving regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Transport goods between depots, warehouses, and customer sites
• Ensure all paperwork and/or electronic PODs are completed accurately
• Comply with tachograph rules, driving hours, and road safety regulations
• Maintain professional communication with planners, customers, and site staff
