Class 2 Driver Multi-drop

Location: High Wycombe

Rate: £17ph

Shift: 07:00am

Interaction Recruitment is seeking Class 2 drivers for a distribution company based in Slough. Your main duties will include loading and offloading pallets at various locations around High Wycombe.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform daily visual vehicle maintenance checks and ensure vehicle cleanliness to maintain a professional image.
2. Comply with statutory and legal requirements related to driver hours and tachograph regulations.
3. Present tachograph records for analysis upon request by depot management or statutory inspectors.
4. Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
5. Be flexible with start times and shift patterns as required, typically starting at 07:00.

Role Requirements

1. Previous practical experience with multi-drop delivery operations in a Class 2 vehicle.
2. Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to articulate and handle challenging deliveries.
3. Possession of a valid and current Class 2 (C) license with no more than 6 penalty points.
4. Good physical health and the ability to perform operational tasks.
5. Smart appearance and professional presentation.
6. Minimum of 2 years holding a full UK drivers license with a Class 2 (C) qualification.
