Job summary

Gi Group is seeking experienced Class 2 drivers for ongoing shifts in Warwick. The role runs Monday to Friday with early starts from 05:00 and 10-hour shifts, offering £18.49 including holiday pay (PAYE only).

Typical duties include 10–12 drops per shift, loading and unloading, and potential to drive a 7.5t vehicle. Candidates should have UK Cat C, CPC, tachograph, and a clean licence with up to 6 points.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Cat C licence with at least 1 year of experience.
• CPC and tachograph up to date.
• Over 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
• Previous multi-drop experience preferred.
• Well presented with good customer service.
• Willingness to load and unload vehicle.
• No more than 6 penalty points (SP only).

Responsibilities

• 10–12 drops per shift.

• May be asked to drive a 7.5 ton vehicle.

Class 2 pay rate:

• Monday to Friday £18.49 including holiday pay (PAYE only no umbrellas)

Shifts:

• 05:00 starts
• Monday to Friday
• 10 hour guaranteed pay

Class 2 key duties

• 10-12 drops per shift
• Loading and unloading
• 10-12 hours average shift length
• Maybe asked to drive 7.5ton vehicle too

Requirements

• In date, UK, class 2 (cat C) licence with minimum of 1 years experience
• In date CPC and tacho
• Must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes
• Previous multi drop experience is preferred
• Well presented and good customer service essential
• Willingness to load and unload vehicle
• No more than 6 penalty points (SP only, no other endorsements accepted)
