Job description

We are looking to recruit a friendly Class 2 driver to be our 'Service Ambassador' to our customers. The role is based in from our Southampton facility in Wide Lane

_This role requires flexibility working on rolling rota including weekends and requires handling cages and bags. 45 hours per week._

_Several shifts available._

_Starting from 07.00am till 4.45pm._

_Starting from 02.00pm till 11.45pm._

Requirements for LGV class 2 Driver:
Must Hold full Class 2 licence
Valid CPC Required
Tachograph Digi Card required
To comply with the road transport legislation.

Responsibilities for LGV class 2 Driver:
To be the company's "Service Ambassador" with our customers.
To deliver and collect work to and from the branch and our customers
To accurately record each customer delivery and collection according to current work instructions (via PDA or route manifest as applicable).
To know and understand the scheduled delivery routes that you have been allocated.
To ensure that all contact with our customers is honest, polite and helpful at all times.
To execute daily vehicle checks and cleaning routines.
