Overview

Forde Recruitment, a leading provider of drivers throughout South Yorkshire, is seeking experienced Class 2 Drivers to join a manufacturing company based in Rotherham on a temp to perm basis. The client delivers to sites across the UK. This is a Monday to Friday role with nationwide deliveries and almost no handballing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to sites across the UK.
• Work Monday to Friday with predominantly nationwide deliveries.
• Complete a minimum of one night out per week. Night out allowance of £75; hotel accommodation provided if the vehicle does not have a sleeper cab.
• Operate in a role that is heavily incentivised with bonuses and overtime pay rates.
• Aim for strong safety and efficiency in all driving tasks.

Essential Requirements

• Valid Class 2 driving licence
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification
• Strong understanding of road traffic and tachograph regulations
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency
• Flexible with working hours
• Multidrop experience is preferred
