Job summary

Gi Group in Leicestershire is seeking a Class 2 Driver to perform deliveries of fruit and vegetables on a Monday to Friday schedule. An ASAP start is available and you will typically begin around 04:00.

Applicants must have a valid UK Cat C (Class 2) licence, CPC and Digi Tacho cards, and no more than 6 minor points. Handballing is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.
• 1 year Class 2 driving experience required.
• Valid UK Cat C (Class 2) licence required; CPC and Digi Tacho cards are necessary.
• Maximum 6 minor points (no BA/CD/CU/DR/DD/IN/TT offences).

Responsibilities

• Delivering fruit and vegetables around Leicestershire.
• Manual deliveries with handballing involved.
• Start times around 04:00, Monday to Friday; ASAP start.

Class 2 Driver Pay rates:

• £17.93 per hour (Pay rates include Advanced Holiday Rate)
• Drivers will be performing deliveries around Leicestershire
• Delivering fruit and veg
• Handballing involved

What we're looking for:

• 1 years Class 2 driving experience needed.
• Ability to conduct manual deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude.
• Valid UK Cat C (Class 2) driving licence required.
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho cards; maximum 6 minor points (no BA/CD/CU/DR/DD/IN/TT offences please).
