Job summary

Pertemps is recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers in Quedgeley, Gloucester. You will deliver to multiple customer locations across the region, using a Class 2 vehicle with early start times. Weekly pay, ad-hoc and full-time shifts, and full PPE are provided.

The role includes loading/unloading, manual handling, and strict adherence to safety regulations, with ongoing work Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• A valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 9 penalty points for minor driving offences.

Responsibilities

• Complete between 2 and 10 deliveries per day.

£15.00 - £17.19 per hour (PAYE)

Pertemps are currently recruiting for reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a well-established manufacturer based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking ongoing work with flexible scheduling options and a supportive working environment.

The Role

Working for a well-established manufacturer in Quedgeley, you'll complete between 2 and 10 deliveries per day across the region using a Class 2 vehicle. You'll be responsible for the safe delivery of goods, using tail lifts, pallet trucks and sack trucks to unload products at customer locations. This role involves manual handling of units and boxed goods and may occasionally include 7.5T driving, paid at the same rate. Early start times are available between 04:15 and 06:00, with ongoing Monday to Friday work.

Duties Include:

• Completing between 2 and 10 deliveries per day

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Good levels of physical fitness
