Rate of Pay:

• Weekday rate: £15.41 per hour (including holiday pay) – £13.75 per hour (PAYE)
• Overtime and Saturday rate: £23.12 per hour (including holiday pay) – £20.63 per hour (PAYE)

Type of Role: Ongoing / Ad hoc days

Shift Pattern:

• Shifts available 7 days a week
• Start times: Various morning starts
• You will be paid for a minimum of 8 hours + any overtime

Description of the customer:

Our client is a well-known household name and one of the UK’s leading DIY stores.

Full description of the role:

The role of the Class 2 HGV Driver involves loading and delivering DIY equipment to customers, including outdoor and gardening accessories, home furniture, flooring, and painting supplies. The usual shift involves home deliveries, with assistance from a porter to unload the items.

Required: 2 years of previous Cat C (Class 2 HGV) driving experience and a positive attitude towards work.

An understanding of Health & Safety protocols and the ability to follow these guidelines in the workplace.
