DBR Group is recruiting two Class 2 Drivers for a Temp to Perm opportunity with one of the UKs most awarded food and drink suppliers to schools. After 12 successful weeks, youll be offered a permanent contract.

The Role

• Position: Class 2 Delivery Driver
• Location: Based in Bury, delivering across the North of England
• Start Time: From 05:00 AM
• Shift Length: Typically back between 13:0015:00
• Deliveries: Up to 10 per day
• Duties:
• Delivering food and drink to school kitchens
• Breaking down pallets and hand-balling goods
• Unloading and sorting orders onsite
• Physical Work: Yes must be physically fit
  

Pay & Benefits

• Temp Rate:
• £14.00/hour basic
• £21.00/hour overtime
• Permanent Salary: £26,500 per annum (Overtime is monitored over 3 monthly periods and either paid or given back in time off!) Based on 40hrs per week.
• Holiday: All school holidays off! Equivalent to 13 weeks annual Leave!
• Training: 23 days product training with a senior driver
  

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• New passes considered!
• Valid CPC & Digital Tacho
• Physically fit and willing to unload goods
• Previous warehouse/picking experience beneficial
• Positive work ethic and good customer service
