Job summary

Extra Recruitment is seeking a Class 2 Driver for an immediate, long-term contract in the Beeston/Nottingham area. You will perform multi-drop residential deliveries alongside a driver\'s mate, ensuring a professional and friendly service on every shift.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome as full training is provided. The role offers steady, year-round work with weekly pay and a range of benefits in a supportive transport team.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.
• Able to pass a client driving assessment.
• Must meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle on multi-drop delivery routes.
• Work alongside a driver\'s mate to complete residential deliveries.
• Carry out manual handling (handballing) safely and efficiently.
• Complete a simple driving assessment and Highway Code test before starting.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high safety standards.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork and records.
